Hi all! When my flight was canceled and the airline refused to give me a refund, I immediately contacted Hopper, as they were the ones I booked my tickets with. It is worth noting that the hopper customer service turned out to be on top. They listened carefully to my complaint and refunded my money and also gave me a discount on my next booking using their app. I was completely satisfied with the work of the company’s employees, and therefore, next time I will also use their services.
